Employee Engagement Survey なるもの
tl;dr
SurveyMonkeyにアップされていた “Employee Engagement Survey” を翻訳してみた。
マーケティング界隈で使われている解釈しづらい用語の一つ、エンゲージメント。 エンゲージメントは、「絆」や「強い結びつき」のように訳されるようです。
タイトルの意訳では、ここでは従業員満足度調査になるのかなと。 昨今の働き方改革の流れで、従業員定着のためにこのような調査を行う企業も増えていきそうですね。
過去エントリーでGallup社のストレングスファインダーを取り上げたことがありますが、
そこでは別コースとして従業員満足度調査も実施しているとのことでした。
折角知ったので調べてみるとGallup社のそれは非公開のようで、代わりに別の英語文献が見つかったため、 英語学習と割り切って翻訳してみました。
設問は全部で42問。
以下設問#1と#2では、役職と職務内容を回答します。
また、設問#3から#42まではすべて、5つの択一式選択肢で構成されます。

結構ボリュームありますね。
回答者自身と、回答者から見た所属組織への質問のバランスが丁度いいので、
回答データが集まると組織の健全性が見えてきそうな印象を抱きました。
